Bourdeilles
Located in the Dronne valley, this charming village invites you to discover a remarkable historical and natural heritage apart from the road from Périgueux to Brantôme. To see in Bourdeilles: Saint Pierre-es-Liens church, Notre Dame chapel, a medieval bridge (XIVe- XVIIIe), the Francilloux castle (XIXe), the Mazerat castle (XIXe), the Valade castle (XVII e), the Etourneaud castle (XIIIe-XVIe).
Brantôme
This city is called the Venice of Périgord and all year round it seduces lovers of nature, "well living" and "well eating". To see : boat ride on the Dronne to discover the enchanting architectural heritage of Brantôme, the Saint Pierre abbey, a former Benedictine abbey founded by Charlemagne in 769, the Hierce castle, the Puymarteau castle, the Peyrelevade dolmen, the cluzeau from Chambrebrune.
