You will be able to enjoy the coolness of the many lakes and bathing areas around the hotel, but also discover the Dronne Valley, the Côle and the Isle in a barge or canoe.
A must-see natural site in the Périgord Vert, the Auvézère Gorges are a paradise for nature lovers and kayakers in search of thrills. The river offers impressive waterfalls.
The picturesque villages of Périgord Vert
From the hotel, go to Bourdeilles and its château just a few kilometers from the hotel, Lusignac and its old houses built in limestone and topped with Roman tiled roofs. Continue towards Brantôme and discover the "Venice of Périgord". Further north in the hills of the Périgord Vert, visit the medieval village of Saint-Jean-de-Côle and the Chateau de la Marthonie. On the edge of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, stop off at Mareuil where one of the castles was the seat of one of the four baronies of Périgord.
